SENSE MAXIMUM HEALTH (SENSORY)
Cost: 1 energy
Call: “Sense Maximum Health”
This power may be activated after staring intently at a target for 10 seconds. The target must state OOG his current maximum health rating.

Effect Type[edit]

As per the Core Rules..

SENSORY
These are not attacks. They are used to gain character state information (with some exceptions). They may be used under the same conditions as mental effects. Sensory powers may target a character that is dying but not characters that are dead.

Addendum: Sensory powers may be used across the gauntlet on a target the caster can perceive without calling breach.
