Effect Type[edit]
As per the Core Rules..
TOUCH | |
---|---|
Touch powers are delivered by a single sig call (no counting) and a touch of the hand. The effect length is determined by the power, though many happen instantaneously. Touch powers can be resisted by spending a willpower and saying “resist”. |
