| The target immediately falls from the Realm into the Umbra or from the Umbra into the Realm. The caster of this power must be able to provide a white headband if the target does not have one for the power to be successful. | |

| Touch powers are delivered by a single sig call (no counting) and a touch of the hand. The effect length is determined by the power, though many happen instantaneously. Touch powers can be resisted by spending a willpower and saying “resist”. |
