Now, Kaptain is the most obedient dog we have ever seen or known. However, when our girls are in heat, it is like he tunes everyone else out, but them. He is difficult to deal with, to say it nicely. He won't listen, and will not leave them alone for one minute. Our girls get very frustrated with him as well, as he just won't leave their side for any amount of time. Every time we look up, he is right there on their tail.

That alone is a great way to get them to unload their classic on you. There is a good chance you will find an old car at the junkyard that has been left there due to age or missing parts. If restoration is what you plan, this can be a goldmine.

Believe it or not, you might be able to sell your used tires. If they are in usable shape, but simply need a patch, a junkyard might be willing to buy them from you in order to repair and then resell them. In fact, you can actually make quite a bit of money selling used tires to the right junkyard if you shop around to find one that will pay a decent price. Some people have used this to bring in a secondary income for their families, placing ads in the local papers collecting other people's used tires for free, and then reselling them to a local junkyard.

One thing that you want to remember no matter who fixes it is that auto parts don't come cheap. Most of the parts you will need will cost you a little bit of money to a lot of money. It just depends on what needs to be fixed. When you have auto warranty on your car the major repairs and parts will be covered so it won't cost you much of anything.
