Rituals

The intent of this page is to list the Common Rituals in their entirety, so that players are able to see what rituals are available at Character Creation.

The Uncommon Rituals will be listed with a summary only. This is information that is fine for characters with the appropriate Faction Lore and the rituals skill to be knowledgeable of.

The Rare Rituals will be listed with a sub-faction and summary. That information is only available to individuals with the rituals skill and lore of that sub-faction.

Note: Not all uncommon and rare rituals are listed here. This is to give characters an idea of what sorts of things are out in the world. Some things are just too secret to be widely known.

Type:	Other
Casting Requirements:	Rituals 1 and Fortune Telling 3
Rarity:	Common
Summary:	Allows the unseen near the caster to be heard.
Cost:	3 energy
Components:	Chalk, At least one other person to participate (who does not need to be a ritualist)
Special:
Instructions:	1. Draw or place the symbol from this scroll on the ground near your feet or on a table. 2. Link hands or arms in a circle with all other participants in the ritual 3. Perform 60 seconds of ritual roleplay. 4. Incant: “Audi umbras! Acclarate!” Or incant: “Gwrando fi, gwirodydd! Ac yn dangos eich hunain!” 5. Pay the ritual cost. 6. Say OOG: "Until this circle ends, all in the Umbra may use Vocalize for free!"
Effects:	Any creatures in the Umbra within the room or within ten feet of the caster (whichever is greater) are allowed to use the power Vocalize for free. The ritual effect ends immediately if any of the participants unlink their hands or arms. When this occurs, state "The Seance is Complete."
