The caster holds two fingers to his temple and indicates a target per mental attack rules. If the target wishes to respond she may hold two fingers to her temple. The caster and target must speak in a whisper, but their words can only be heard by each other. As long as the target remains within ten feet and both parties have their fingers against their temples, the power remains in effect. Making an attack will end this power. Additionally, anyone with telepathy may hear the conversations of people with two fingers held to their temple.
