It's a lot of work. If it's not for you, there are always cheats and console commands. What better method to conquer the vast sandbox that is a Minecraft world than by launching the command bar, entering certain words and symbols, and then transforming yourself into a prissy clippy-cloppy pony with diamond armour?

A console command is more than simply a string of numbers. They can transform the world from eliminating all enemies in your vicinity to melting every metal in your inventories. Some people may call this cheating however we see it as simply a way to save time and letting you concentrate on your awesome Minecraft project.

But how do you enter Minecraft commands? Thankfully, Minecraft console commands are extremely easy to use. They're as simple as inputting Minecraft seeds. When you're creating a brand new Minecraft world, you'll be asked to select whether or not you want to allow cheating. After you've selected yes and loaded the world, you'll need to hit the "C" button to pull up the command bar, where you'll enter all of your cheats and commands.

Any command you enter in single player has to be preceded by a forward by a slash (/); multiplayer commands won't work with this prefix.

It's as easy as entering the desired command into the text box and then hitting the "Enter” key.
