| Special: | The target and ritualist must both be willing to perform this ritual, or it fails. |
| Instructions: | 1. Draw a circle that includes the ritual symbol and your sigil with chalk or trace over a pre-drawn circle on cloth that also includes the ritual symbol and your sigil, large enough for you and the target to both sit in. Place the bowl of water between you.
2. Perform ritual roleplay for 60 seconds, with both of you staring into the bowl. 3. Pay the casting cost. 4. Incant: “Veritas enim veritas.” Or incant: “Gwirionedd am wirionedd.” |
| Effects: | You ask the target a single question. They must answer truthfully per character knowledge within 60 seconds or lose two virtue (a wraith instead gains two angst). Once the question is answered, the target can ask you a question within 60 seconds that you must answer truthfully per character knowledge or, or you lose two virtue. If both participants are willing, they may continue to ask questions in rounds without the caster paying the casting cost again until one participant does not agree to start a new round. |
