Adjusting To Living On A Houseboat

One day, as I was walking towards my humble little houseboat, I passed a homeless man shuffling around in the area, and shortly after I passed him, I heard footsteps running up from behind! As I spun around, here comes this man racing towards me as if to attack! I faced off and started screaming at him, WHAT THE F... DO YOU WANT!, and postured for battle.



Always buy a boat that has proper certification from the NMMA. The NMMA (National Marine Manufacturer's Association) tests boats manufactured by various companies and certifies them on their sea/water worthiness. A boat certified by the NMMA would invariably be superior in quality and will give you a lot more safety.

Sergent John Cain from the First Precinct next door fought his way into the theater, and with the help of janitor Van Sicken, he began to untangle the fallen people so that the crowd behind them could get down the stairs to safety. By all accounts, almost all the people from the second floor dress circle seats were able to exit the theater alive. But the people jammed into the gallery on the third floor were doomed from the start, and they knew it.

Maligne Lake is south of Jasper, and is the largest of the glacier fed lakes. A boathouse from the 1920s completes the storybook setting. There are a couple of excellent hikes in the area, taking full advantage of the beautiful scenery.

A standard houseboat comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen - stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, etc. They also usually have a gas grill so that you can cook on the deck if you choose. There's a bathroom and one or two (sometimes more) bedrooms. Everything is compact and built in, giving you plenty of room to relax and enjoy travel time. When you dock, you just start unfolding and couches turn to beds, etc.
