The report noted that state governments already find it "difficult to implement and monitor geo-fencing measures" to ensure that no user in their region is accessing an illegal forms of gambling or gaming.

After receiving suggestions from India's revenue department, the government panel stated that online gaming companies should be required to report any "suspicious transactions" to the government's Financial Intelligence Unit.

I feel eye strain and fatigue when spending more than an hour in VR with a Quest 2. And I've noticed that the headset doesn't fit well on my kids' heads: My 9-year-old needs to prop the headset up a bit when looking at VR. I only let him use it for a few minutes at a time, always supervised.

Keep an eye out for possible skin reactions There's also a wild card: Facebook found that a small number of people experience something resembling an allergic skin reaction to the Quest 2's foam face coverings. The reports prompted the company to include silicone covers in-box or offer free covers online. No one in my family has had rashes or reactions, but you can get sweaty playing VR games. I'd recommend keeping a few clean spare foam faceplates and silicone covers for general hygiene.

You don't want to look frozen? Then just get a little bit. You want to look a little less agitated when your opposition leader is making ridiculous claims, then why not subtly get that frown line removed from your forehead.

Literally no one noticed except for me. After flipping through a magazine, I discovered you could get a tiny bit of Botox inserted into your 'bunny lines' on your nose and within two weeks 'wooshka' they would be gone!

The aristocrat - who is the daughter of the late Victor Hervey, 6th Marquess of Bristol, and sister of the 8th Marquess Lady Isabella Hervey - was seen on a phone call as she walked around the streets.

I wouldn't feel comfortable giving a Quest 2 to a kid under 13 to use on their own. That hasn't stopped many people I know from doing just that, many of whom have said the Quest 2 has been a lot of fun. That doesn't change the fact that Facebook needs to build better parental and account controls and add better safety measures into the Quest 2 before I'd consider it a great kid gift. If you want to get one, just be prepared to accept the above concerns and figure out how you'll solve them in your household. You may completely disagree with me, but if you're considering VR for your kid, these are good things to keep in mind.

Meta, formerly Facebook, has developed its virtual reality headset into a unique gaming console. It's an excellent product, and there's nothing else quite like it, especially at this price. Just keep in mind that the Quest 2 isn't the kid-friendly system you might think it is. (Although, if you're anything like most of my friends and family, you'll probably get it anyway.)

Paddy had been hit by claims that he cheated on his wife with a fellow TV star last year, and the Take Me Out host was forced to deny that he'd been secretly flirting with a second star behind Christine's back.

When asked about whether he had the jab during a radio interview, he neither confirmed nor denied, simply stating: 'Seriously, Poker Pkv I think whoever wrote that article's been having Botox in the wrong place' - before using a distraction tactic by bringing up his weight loss.

31, the panel of government officials calls for creation of a new regulatory body under India's IT ministry to determine which online games qualify as games of skill, then "seek compliances and enforcement."

I'm watching it pop up a lot in celebrity interviews and 'female-friendly' news sites lately, whether it's J-Lo harping on about the benefits of 'olive oil' for her wrinkle-free face or a columnist consistently exclaiming she's a 'No-bo' (no Botox).

My reasons for steering parents away from the Quest 2 as a gift for kids are below. But if you need further convincing of how much Meta itself doesn't consider the Quest a device for kids, read its safety policies page.

A 2020 report by Indian trade group FICCI and consulting firm EY stated that of 65 billion Indian rupees ($817 million) garnered by online gaming industry the previous year, transaction-based gaming, including real-money, contributed 71%, or 46 billion rupees.

It all started when Anthony Albanese laughed off rumours about his youthful new complexion - without actually denying them - after a leading cosmetic injector told Daily Mail Australia the look could have been achieved with Botox and fillers.

The panel of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's top officials has for months been drafting regulations for the country's online gaming sector, where foreign investors such as Tiger Global and Sequoia Capital have backed gaming startups Dream11 and Mobile Premier League, hugely popular for fantasy cricket.
