Breast Augmentation

Breast augmentation, sometimes referred to as mammoplasty with augmentation is a procedure to improve breast size. It involves placing implants for breasts under the breast tissues or chest muscles.

What should we expect?
Breast augmentation is possible in a surgical center or hospital outpatient facility. The procedure is usually completed that same day. The procedure is not usually requiring an inpatient stay.

Breast augmentation can sometimes be performed with local anesthesia. This means that you're awake, but your breasts are being numb. The majority of the time the procedure of breast augmentation occurs under general anesthesia, during which you're asleep during the surgery. During the procedure
The plastic surgeon you choose will make one cut (incision) to place the implant for your breast.

For at least two weeks, stay away from strenuous activities that could raise your pulse rate or blood pressure. As your breasts heal, keep in mind that they are sensitive to any physical contact or sudden movements.
