Slot cars also come in different sizes. The smallest size is HO or 1:64 scale. Originally they were made for inclusion with model railways but now these little cars are very fast and have some amazing track layouts. The next size up is 1:43 scale and is designed for the younger racer with many fun features and character cars. The 1:32 scale is a popular size car for racing at home and there is a wide selection of sets. The biggest size car is in the 1:24 and is commonly found racing at slot car raceway clubs.

auto parts from junkyards have been salvaged from wrecked vehicles. These include used body, electrical and engine parts. Most of them are also available as auto parts that you can readily install to your vehicles. They are pre-cleaned, conditioned, inspected and tested to assure quality.

The car could, in contrast, have an export only title. It is very important to know if the vehicle as this type of title, as it means the car is not assessable on the road and cannot be titled again in that state. This is not car you will want. A car with this title will either be destroyed or exported out of your country.

Once you have chosen a yard interested in the used auto parts in your car, go through your car and remove everything. The owner's manual, title, and keys are all that the racing car bedroom wants or needs for the car. Once you turn the car over to them, they are not going to let you go back through it for the personal items you forgot.

The helpful thing about drawing cars is that whilst they are still, they are perfectly still and they do not change their outline or colour like humans alter their expressions, stances and clothes. In fact, it would be pretty simple to amass a collection of sketches of quite exotic cars as well - cars that most people could never even hope to own.

Know exactly what you need before you go. Know the make and the model of your car, and any car that also used those parts if possible. Some things are used for more than one, like radios, for example.
