How To Speedrun Minecraft

Ash What is your favorite speedrun type?

Illumina:I enjoy running the Diversity 2 mod, and generally, I like custom map speedruns. Probably because it's a nice variation from the randomness of the unmodified Minecraft categories. The unmodded categories are, however, unique in their own right. Random seed glitchless is my favourite. It's fantastic to come up with quick routes even though luck can sometimes be quite harsh.

<b>Ash: You have the world record for unmodified runs, don't you? </b>

Illumina:Yeah I have the world record for any random seed glitched. Glitched categories aren't as popular, which is understandable considering the game can be quite broken. I prefer glitchless because it feels more like the classic Minecraft I love. Titanlauncher

<b>Ash Do you have a particular glitch you love to perform? </b>

Illumina: Probably dragon skip because it's incredibly simple to do. The end crystal is placed immediately after the dragon spawns. This will activate the portal to the end. It's simple and skips the slower newer dragon fights (1.9+).
