The staff is polite and very professional and Claudia herself is professional and a pleasure to deal with. I continue to recommend her service and her staff as well as her great food she prepares. In regard to JP, I think a 10 second conversation with the company is pretty harsh to brandish a 1-star for a company's reputation based on that experience. JP is missing out on some good food and service for any event he/she was planning.
