| Destroy a fetter by spending 1 energy and removing the fetter tag from the target prop, or by touching a target who is a fetter and saying “Fetter Consumption, give me your fetter tag”. The caster should OOG inform the owner of the fetter of its destruction as soon as possible. Tags from destroyed fetters may be exchanged for blank fetter tags at check in. | |
