Call: “Weaponry”
Spend 10 seconds reshaping a target’s limbs into claws or tentacles and placing an appropriate boffer into the target’s hands. The recipient of this power may use each claw or tentacle boffer until she releases the boffer from her hand. The caster may be the target of this power.
