Risks
The procedure of breast augmentation can pose various risks.

Scar tissue that distorts the form of the implant for the breast (capsular contracture)
Breast pain
Infection
Sensational changes in the breast and the nipple
Implant position changes
Implant rupture, leakage, boob job options or leakage
In order to correct these issues, you may need more surgery, to either take out or repair the implants.

What you can expect
You can have breast augmentation performed in an outpatient clinic at a hospital or in a surgery center. Most likely, you'll be able to go home that very same day. The procedure is not usually requiring the hospitalization.

The procedure of breast augmentation can be done under local anesthesia. This means you're awake and your breasts are numbed. In most cases it's done during general anesthesia, in which you're sleeping during the procedure. You'll be able talk about the various options of anesthesia available with your plastic surgeon.

During the process
The plastic surgeon you choose will make one cut (incision) to insert the breast implant.

The fold under your breast (inframammary)
Under your arm (axillary)
Your nose (periareolar).
After cutting an incision, the surgeon will segregate the breast tissue from the connective tissue and muscles that line your chest. The pocket will be created ahead or behind the outermost muscle of your chest wall (pectoral muscle). The surgeon will insert the implant inside this pocket and place it on top of the Nipple.

After being inserted the saline implant can be filled with sodium water that is sterile. Silicone implants are pre-filled silicone gel.

When the implant is in its place, the surgeon will close the incision by using stitches (sutures) -and then bandage it with skin adhesive as well as surgical tape.

After the procedure
It is likely that swelling and soreness will persist for a few weeks following surgery. Bruising is possible, too. Expect your scars to fade over time , but they will not completely disappear.

It could be helpful to wear an athletic bra or compression bandage as you heal. This will give you extra support and a better position for the breast implants. You could also be prescribed pain medication by your doctor.

Follow your doctor's advice on returning to normal activities. If you don't hold an physically demanding boob job options then you may be able back to work in several weeks. At least for two weeks, refrain from activities that increase your heart rate or Breast Enlargement in Turkey blood pressure. While your breasts are healing make sure you remember that they will be vulnerable to physical contact or jarring motions.

If the surgeon used sutures that don't absorb on their own , or put drainage tubes in your breasts, then you'll need an appointment to remove them.

If you feel warmth and pinkness in your breasts or you've got fever, you could have an infection. Contact your surgeon as soon as you notice. If you notice chest discomfort or breath shortness contact your surgeon as soon as you notice any discomfort.
