The last place that you can look is in the local junk yard. This will have many cars and auto parts that you can pick from for your bumper needs. You may be able to get one for a great low price if you are willing to go and take it off of the car that you are working with. This can be an ordeal, but you can do it in a weekend if you have the right tools and the right auto parts for it.

Strut: A strut is a common component of front wheel drive vehicles and works similarly to a shock absorber. You might hear this from your mechanic in a list of names of car parts you need to replace if your vehicle isn't driving smoothly (bouncing, rocking, etc.).

car part Junk yard jewels. I have a buddy who likes to go to the junk yard to find replacement parts for his vehicles. He doesn't always find what he wants, but he has been able to pull several starters off from some of the junkers. Some work, some don't while others may work for awhile and then crap out a few months later. If you have plenty of time and luck is on your side then this can be an option for you.

DIY Solar Panels can make that a reality for you. It may surprise you to know that these panels are easy to build and can cost under $200 for materials. There's all kinds of parts available from junkyards and local stores.

Yamaha OEM parts and Yamaha ATV parts are abundant on the web. Many of these sites claim they can save you a fortune but that is questionable. When I went looking on these sites seem to claim to contradict one another. One site claims they can save you 20% and another site claims that they can save you 70% off. When you put one site up against another its hard to see who really has the greatest price if any of them? At first glance this may appear to be a bunch of BS. Maybe none of these sites really offer you the best deal. Who can tell?

For some people, going to a junkyard or two is the best way to find a vintage car part. This can be a very tedious chore for anyone, especially to those who are not really familiar with car parts. But in the end, some enthusiasts say that it is more satisfying and they can get the part for much less.

Just like Duchamp used ready mades and called them art, such as his piece called the "Fountain" which was actually a used urinal, car parts and auto parts can be used as art ready mades. You can take an old bumper or hub cap and call it a piece of artwork. Just simply sign your name to it, put it on a platform, and you have yourself a ready made. Or take an old windshield and smear it with paint and you can be engaging in a type of performance art. Contemporary art can be so many things, and it can even go as far as to creating art from old car parts and auto parts. There is so much that can be done with these old vehicle parts. You can also use them for a science fair and do tests on old vehicle parts to compare how new parts function better than old used parts.

You could be faced with a lot of options when you shop for your car part. You can get information online for what you need. The parts dealer should have a website. When you go there and find the right starter, you may be surprised. There could be a list of items that will fit your car. You may have to decide between new and remanufactured. You might also have the option of a long or short warranty period.
