RELEASE SPIRIT (TOUCH)
Cost: None
Call: “Release Spirit”
After 10 seconds of honoring a spirit, you may activate this power and the spirit will immediately become dead and dissipate (go out of game). The caster then gains 1 willpower, up to her maximum willpower.
Addendum
Target Spirit must be Dying.
