Chris Oyakhilome from Nigeria is a pastor, TV host, and an author. He is the CEO and President of Believers' LoveWorld Incorporated, and is also known as Christ Embassy International.
Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on 7 7 of December 1973, to Mr. and Mrs. Tim Oyakhilome, as the first child of the family. Following his primary and secondary education, he enrolled in Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where was awarded an BSc. in Architecture.
Chris Oyakhilome Family AAU also conferred him with an honorary Doctor of Science. He also holds an honorary Doctor of Science degree from Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was married to Anita Obhodaghe and they have two beautiful children.
Chris Oyakhilome Ministry
While still in AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a student. He began to explore ministry while still at AAU. At the time the Believers' LoveWorld Fellowship, which is now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated was known as Youths For Christ (YFC).
YFC was growing, and eventually became the biggest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the home of the church's headquarters. The Believer's LoveWorld has millions of associates and followers across the world.
Through the atmosphere for miracles series, BLW became Africa's most prominent Christian ministry through television. The program was canceled in May 2004 , when President Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria announced that churches should cease airing miracles.
The ministry of Pastor Chris is divided into four areas including publishing ministry, healing ministry television ministry, teaching ministry and television ministry.
