| Instructions: | 1. Create a continuous circle of wood.
2. Inside the circle, draw or place the symbol from this scroll. 3. Sit in the circle with the wooden object held over your heart. 4. Chant or meditate for 60 seconds. 5. Pay the casting cost. 6. Incant: “Ut defendam meum pectus prodo vitae.” Alternatively, you may incant the Hebrew on the IG portion of this scroll. |
| Effects: | Until the next sunset, the caster is immune to staking. A successfully delivered stake will instead deal 1 damage with no other effects. You do not need to give any sig calls. If you lose possession of the wooden object used in the ritual for any amount of time, the ritual effect ends. |
