| Instructions: | While you possess this scroll, receive one Relic tag during every check-in. You may only receive one such tag at check-in, regardless of how many scrolls you have.
1. Hold your hand against the target item for 60 seconds while mumbling a chant. 2. Pay the casting cost. 3. Incant: "Parakmí̱, méchri pou den eínai típota állo, allá ti̱ mní̱mi̱." 4. Attach a relic tag to the target item. You may only do this if the OOG owner of the prop gives consent. |
| Effects: | The item with the Relic tag is now a relic and can be picked up by any character in the Umbra without use of a power. |
