| Instructions: | While you possess this scroll, you may present it at every check-in to receive one Fetter tag. You may only receive one such tag at check-in, regardless of how many scrolls you have.
1. Draw a circle around the target wraith with chalk or trace over a pre-drawn circle on cloth with a wraith inside. If the wraith moves outside of the circle at any time, the ritual ends. 2. Draw, trace or place your sigil and the symbol from this scroll within the circle. 3. Perform 60 seconds of ritual roleplay with the target and the prop. Fighting with the target does not disrupt the ritual unless she moves outside of the circle. 4. Pay the casting cost. 5. Incant: “Obliga ad signum in mea manu aetherum ens.” Alternatively, you may incant the Hebrew on the IG portion of this scroll. 6. Fill out the fetter tag with the target wraith’s character name as it appears on her character sheet, and attach the tag to your prop. |
