What are the things you can expect
It is possible to have breast augmentation done at a hospital outpatient or at a surgery center. It is likely that you will go home within the same day. It's rare that you'll have to remain in hospital during the procedure.

Breast augmentation is sometimes done with local anesthesia. This means that you're awake even though your breasts are numbed. Most of the time, however it's done during general anesthesia, in which you're sleeping during the procedure. The plastic surgeon will go over different anesthesia options with you.

During the procedure
The plastic surgeon you choose will make one cut (incision) to place the implant for your Breast augmentation in Turkey.

Under your arm (axillary)
Your nupple (periareolar).

The surgeon will place the implant into this pocket and Breast augmentation in Turkey place the implant behind your nipple.

After being inserted after being inserted, saline implants may be filled with sterile sodium. Silicone gel is pre-filled into silicone implants.

Once the implant has been implanted after surgery, the surgeon will seal it with stitches (sutures) Then, they cover the area with skin adhesive and surgical tape.

After the procedure
Soreness and swelling are likely for a few weeks after surgery. It is also possible to get some bruising. Scarring is likely to be less noticeable over time, but not completely.

It may be beneficial to wear a sports bra or compression bandage as you heal. This will allow for additional support and positioning of the breast implants. You may also be given pain medication by your doctor.

Follow the instructions of your doctor for returning to regular routine. If you don't have an activity that requires physical exertion then you may be able return to work in two weeks. Avoid any strenuous exercise (anything that may raise your pulse or blood pressure for at minimum two weeks. As you heal, keep in mind that your breasts are sensitive to physical contact or sharp movements.

You'll need to consult an expert if the surgeon placed sutures that won't absorb or place drainage tubes around your breasts.

An infection may be a sign of serious illness. Make contact with your surgeon as soon as you notice. If you experience chest discomfort or breath shortness Contact your surgeon right away.
