These papers will be very important to the investigation and you want to have them readily available. This is critical if you are injured and may be transported to the hospital leaving your vehicle behind. You don't want these papers, or your purse if you carry one, being towed to the wrecking yard or repair shop with your vehicle. Be sure to grab these things on your way out of your car door and keep them with you until you return home. You will need to show them to the police and may need to provide insurance information to other drivers.
I created another clipping path to separate the chain from its background. After copying and pasting the chain into the image with the ball, I used Free Transform to size and position it...then used the warp filter for adding some curve to the chain...and the motion blur filter to add just a touch of movement.
Why then, do so many people fill their minds - their most marvelous resource and possession - with so much rubbish and trash? They treat it like a refuse bin. They refuse to seek information and knowledge, they won't read books or study anything and they think that seminars are a waste of time.
