| Components: | Unused fetter tag, dwelling tag attached to an appropriate banner with the caster’s sigil and the symbol from this scroll. |
| Special: | Show this at check-in to receive a dwelling tag. You may only have one dwelling tag in use at any time. |
| Instructions: | 1. Use the Fetter Creation power to turn the dwelling banner into a fetter for the target of this ritual. If you already have this component ready, you do not need to create it again.
2. Stand or sit in the middle of an appropriate dwelling space and perform ritualistic roleplay for 60 seconds. 3. Pay the casting cost. 4. Incant: “Ola mesa se aftous tous toichous eiai diko mou.” 5. Attach the fettered dwelling banner to a wall in the room (you do not need to use any powers to do this, and you do not take any aggravated damage from carrying the fetter). If the dwelling banner is already attached to the wall from a different ritual, skip this step. The location you choose must be visible from the center of the room. |
| Effects: | As long as the fettered dwelling banner remains in its position on the wall, the fetter tag’s owner may treat the dwelling as though it were a fetter, gaining all benefits of touching the fetter while in the room. If the symbols are removed, then the ritual is broken but it may be recast with the same fettered symbols. |
