HCRA is searching for a flexible, organized, and experienced professional who thrives in a quick-paced, excessive-profile setting to fill the position of Supervisor, Licensing.


Reporting to the Supervisor, Licensing, the Supervisor is accountable for the reporting, analytics, and forecasting functions for the Licensing workforce. This function will assist the Manager in supporting the group by using key insights from data trends and enterprise process analyses to determine opportunities for improvement. This position may also present supervision and operational steerage to a crew of licensing analysts on the review and evaluation of recent license and license renewal purposes, in accordance with the HCRA’s licensing standards and operational coverage under the new Residence Building Licensing Act, 2017.

Key responsibilities include but should not restricted to:

- Supervising a crew of licensing analysts by providing day-to-day steerage and oversight, technical coaching/steerage, making certain the staff completes tasks on time and to the required level of quality; assesses workload of the staff and adjusts, as vital, to make sure equitable distribution.
