| Summary: | Recognizes a Cub or Cub pack’s transition to Cliath, and their full acceptance into their tribe. |
| Cost: | 1 Energy per Cub. |
| Components: | One to six Garou cubs (Rank 0). |
| Special: | The Cub must have completed a trial at the behest of the caster of this ritual.
Ronin may not be targeted by this Ritual. |
| Instructions: | 1. Recount the trials the Cub(s) had to face.
2. Pay the casting cost 3. Incant “Welcome to the Garou nation.” |
| Effects: | The cub’s Rank is now Rank 1: Cliath. Additionally, the cub may change their Subfaction and Innate tribe tree to Black Fury (Only if they are Female), Bone Gnawer, Child of Gaia, Fenrir, Fianna, Shadow Lord, Silent Strider, Silver Fang, or Warder of Men. If they change their tribe, they exchange all gifts known in their old tribe tree for the same level gifts in their new tribe. If they had learned gifts of their new tribe, they are exchanged for the same level gifts of their old tribe. After ending the scene, accompany the cub(s) to Storyteller Camp to change their Rank and potentially their tribe & innate.
