| This power may be activated after asking any in-game question and receiving a response from the target. The target must state OOG his character’s greatest current desire and offer enough clarification that the caster understands the desire itself, though not necessarily the rationale behind it. | |

| These are not attacks. They are used to gain character state information (with some exceptions). They may be used under the same conditions as mental effects. Sensory powers may target a character that is dying but not characters that are dead.
Addendum: Sensory powers may be used across the gauntlet on a target the caster can perceive without calling breach. |
