2. Spend 60 seconds telling of the misdeeds the target has done. 3. Incant: “You are scorned in shame.” 4. Pay the casting cost. |
| Effects: | If the target does not have a Gnosis pool, then there is no effect. Otherwise, the target does not regain her Willpower the following morning. |
