The Veil

The Veil is in reference to the 9th rule of the The Litany of the Garou. Humankind must be kept unawares of the Changing Breeds. There are many reasons for this. One notable one is that a long time ago the werewolves enslaved and terrorized humanity and so now the Garou will meet nothing but death by silver and fire if mankind found out about them now. It is also to protect the humans, which have a measure of safety from the supernatural as long as they are unaware.
