Bayrock Group was already involved in a different project at Spring Street in Manhattan's SoHo district with the Sapir Organization.

Arif drafted an agreement giving the Trump Organization 18% equity and the right to utilize the Trump name in exchange.

The proposed deal was approved by Bayrock Group (the Trump Organization) and the Sapir Organization (the Sapir Organization).

That paved the way for the first bricks of what would become Trump SoHo to be laid in 2006.

After two years of hard work the building was finished and waiting for its inauguration.

Design experts have led the construction of SoHo Trump SoHo

Trump SoHo was comprised of rooms, apartments and luxury eateries and bars. It also had a pool and a spa. The building's floor-to ceiling windows afforded guests unparalleled views of New York City.

Handel Architects was tasked to design the building. The firm's architecture team had created the world-renowned National September 11th Memorial & Museum in New York City and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Bayrock Group hired Rockwell Group to manage the interior design.
