Call:	“Grant <Power>”
The target may use the given power for the next 10 minutes as if it was on their character sheet. This power may not be used to cast rituals. A target may have multiple powers granted to them at the same time.

Effect Type

As per the Core Rules..

TOUCH
Touch powers are delivered by a single sig call (no counting) and a touch of the hand. The effect length is determined by the power, though many happen instantaneously. Touch powers can be resisted by spending a willpower and saying “resist”.
