| The caster attaches a green “Tainted Fetter” tag on a fetter prop next to its fetter tag. Every time the owner of the fetter sees the green tag, she becomes tainted. This effect is permanent until the fetter is destroyed. The caster may not use this power on a character who is a fetter. | |
