2. Incant: “Attune this warrior to his weapon” 3. Pay the casting cost. |
| Effects: | The weapon becomes an attuned item with a magical item rating of 1. The target is immediately attuned to the item, and his maximum energy is decreased by one as per attunement. If the target’s attunement to the weapon is ever broken, the weapon will no longer be a magical item. |
