Although the consumption of carbohydrate is good, there are good and bad ones. Identify and take the good carbohydrates. For example, refined flour and their end products (bread, pasta, donuts, cakes and biscuit) should be avoided. These products cause poor digestion which leads to accumulation of fat. However, any diet that takes most of its carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables are good and healthier and should be embraced.
This permits the cell to operate efficiently, and in addition to helping prevent potentially serious diseases such as cancer and Alzheimer's, DHA increases the metabolic rate of the cell which burns additional calories. DHA directly influences how fat stores are released for use as energy and the regulation of blood sugar by the body. Proper diet and exercise are essential to maximize the effectiveness of DHA.
