The CMA said merging Activision with Microsoft could allow the tech giant to use games to 'damage' competition in the growing market for cloud gaming, which allows consumers to stream games to their devices in a manner similar to Netflix's offering for movies and TV shows.

The record was previously held by another violent show, 'Squid Game.' The fictional South Korean series depicts hundreds of contestants bid for a massive sum of money through horrifying versions of playground Pkv games

The Star Entertainment Group (TSEG) says it has a plan for "a multi-year transformation of the governance, accountability and capabilities, culture and risk, and compliance management practices of the organisation".

"Today I have received the final report from the external review of the Queensland operations of The Star Entertainment Group from the Honourable Robert Gotterson KC," Ms Fentiman said in a statement on Friday.
The review pointed to a 25.8 per cent fall in alcohol-related assaults, a 37.6 per cent drop in alcohol-related hospital admissions in Alice Springs and a 24.2 per cent decrease in admissions in Tennant Creek.

"We submit that the appropriate action NICC should take is to allow TSEG to continue to operate the licence, under strict supervision and being held accountable to the milestones on the remediation plan."
Interim appointments were in place, with changed reporting lines to create better accountability and independence for risk management, "to ensure we move swiftly to strengthen The Star Sydney's operations and risk and controls management".

According to Ramona Shelburne and Adrian Wojnarowski, the Warriors are, 'taking "every legal course of action" to discover how video of (Green) punching (Poole) during a scuffle at practice on Wednesday was made public.'

Green certainly has a reputation as a puncher, and has been caught swinging at opponents' genitals on several occasions, including once in the 2016 NBA Finals when he punched LeBron James' groin. Green was ultimately suspended for the following game.

One report claimed teammates were upset that Poole had been talking incessantly about building a pool on his property and the banter ultimately got to Green, but Curry has since called that theory 'absolute BS.'

It pledged to take "additional necessary and appropriate action" so the NICC "can be satisfied The Star Sydney has taken sufficient steps, and has bound itself to take further steps, so that it may continue to hold its licence".

'I think that, in tumultuous times where people feel uneasy and a lot of anxiety about their world, watching true crime helps them sort of acclimate themselves to the worst things on earth and they become accustomed to it.

Various internet reports have claimed that Poole's ego has grown as he's approached a new contract extension, perhaps contributing to the friction with Green, but head coach Steve Kerr seemed to dismiss that on Thursday.

Some onlookers stepped in while others, including reigning NBA Finals MVP Stephen Curry, stood by and simply watched the skirmish unfold. Ultimately a throng of six or so bystanders were able to separate the pair.

A statement issued by executive chairman Ben Heap on behalf of the board said The Star Sydney accepted the findings of the report, "including the finding of unsuitability" and acknowledged "the gravity of the conduct".

The company says it has taken "significant and urgent remedial steps, including increased risk, compliance, and security staff, approval of upgrades to surveillance technology as well as permanently exiting junkets and closing the Marquee nightclub".

A statement from the commission said The Star had met its deadline to make submissions as to why the regulator should not take disciplinary action against it, and they would be considered before determining its response.

Players and coaches have had run-ins with Green, including Kerr (right).  During a 2019 game, Kerr appeared to say 'I'm so f***ing tired of Dramond's s***,' to an assistant. Given the chance to clarify what he had said, Kerr downplayed the incident with a joke. 'No, the lip-readers were wrong,' he told reporters. 'What I said was, I beg to differ with Draymond's approach tonight. Those were my exact words. I don't know how somebody misconstrued that'

The clip shows Green exchanging words with Poole along the baseline, before bumping chests with the smaller guard, who attempts to gently push the veteran forward out of the way as concerned teammates and coaches began to take notice
